Heuxa — Data Deletion Requests

This page applies to applications and services published by Heuxa.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@heuxa.com.
- Use the subject Heuxa Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name of the Heuxa application your request relates to.
- Include the email address or other identifier you used with that application, if applicable.
- If your request concerns a particular paired or authorized device, include the device name if known.
What may be deleted
Depending on the application and the data associated with your request, deletion may include:
- Application-specific access or authorization records.
- Email addresses or other contact information stored for the application.
- Paired-device or app-installation identifiers.
- Application access credentials or authorization records.
- Application interaction or account-related information that is no longer required to provide or secure the service.
What may be retained
Heuxa may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, service integrity, legal compliance, or to document that a deletion request was completed. Retained information is not used for third-party advertising or marketing.
Processing a request
Heuxa may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to the requester before deleting data. Once verified, data covered by the request will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for one of the reasons described above.
